Last updated: [29/05/2026]
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Baixador website (https://baixador.com) and the Baixador mobile application (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms periodically, so we recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
1. About the Service Baixador is an independent website and application developed to help you access and download videos and images that you own or are otherwise authorized to use. Baixador has no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or TikTok, or any of their owners. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility. The Service is supported by advertising, which helps finance its development.
2. Permitted Use You may use the Service only to access or download content that you own or that you are otherwise authorized to use, and only in a strictly personal and non-commercial manner. The Service may allow you to access publicly available content; you are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use are lawful and authorized in your jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of the source platforms (including Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok). You must not use the Service to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
3. User Responsibility You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms. Baixador is not responsible for any misuse of the Service or for any violation of laws or third-party rights committed by users. Misuse may result in restriction or blocking of access.
4. Intellectual Property Baixador respects intellectual property rights and does not grant you any rights to third-party content. You must ensure you have the necessary rights or permission to access, download, and use any content obtained through the Service. The “Baixador” name and brand may not be associated with third parties or used improperly. If you believe content or trademarks have been misused, please contact us.
5. Content and Availability Baixador does not host, store, or control the content you access; it acts only as a tool to retrieve content from public sources at your request. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, legality, or quality of any third-party content. Downloaded media is saved locally on your device; we do not receive or store it.
6. Privacy Baixador does not require accounts or personal information to function. The Service is ad-supported, and third-party providers (such as Google) may collect data through their own technologies, as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of the Service implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to continuous operation, error-free performance, or accuracy of downloaded content. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baixador and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any content accessed through it.
9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
